It’s a private one-on-one with the consultant that’s completely customized to you. Think of it as an instructional class. This is your chance to get all your questions answered, personalized advice and leave with a fresh, new look. Your consultant will apply your makeup of course, but they’ll also teach you how to use the products and explain what works best for you and why. We can pick out all the best products for you, but if you don’t know how to use them when you get home, what’s the point?

You should arrive with a clean face and armed with questions! Spend some time thinking about the things you need help with and what your ultimate goal is. If you already know you only want three products in your makeup routine, come prepared to let your consultant know that. If you already have your everyday routine down, but want to learn how to transform it to a going out look, let them know! If your main concern is your skin, let your consultant know that you want to focus on skincare advice and foundation and concealer recommendations. This experience is completely customized to you, so we need to know what your goals are.

We can accommodate groups in two different ways. If you have a group that wants makeup application for everyone, we can accommodate 4-7 people and will work with the host to determine their specific wants. If you have a group that is interested in a private shopping party with a makeup artist available but not application for each guest, we can also build a plan around that.

Most people treat tipping their consultant the same way they would their hair stylist. Your kindness is certainly greatly appreciated!

You sure can! The easiest way to gift someone a consultation is to purchase a gift card for the service amount. You can do this either online or in-store.

Each client’s appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that our clients receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us. The schedules of our makeup artists are also very important to us and we ask that you respect their time.

All clients are required to have a card on file to book an appointment.

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our artists and our clients.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $15. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 50% of the service charge. No-shows for special events, during which availability is limited to the day of the event, will be charged 100% of the service fee. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be put toward any future services. Any client who reschedules or cancels more than 3 times will be required to pay in full before we reserve an appointment for them.

We believe respect goes both ways. If we ever need to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will always communicate as soon as possible and offer $10 off the service as a thank-you for your understanding.
