Sales & Events Team Member

Shimmer is looking for a reliable, organized, and personable team member to help manage the sales floor, assist customers, fulfill online orders, and support day-to-day shop operations.

This role also includes supporting Shimmer’s community events by arriving in a timely fashion, welcoming participants, helping the event run smoothly, multitasking as needed, and returning the space to its normal setup afterward.

The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, proactive, able to work independently, and has fabulous people skills. The right person is someone we can truly rely on to help keep both the shop and our events running smoothly.

This is a part-time position with a rotating schedule of approximately 5–15 hours in a week, depending on event schedules and shop needs. Evening and weekend availability is required.
